Delivery Policies

Monday Saturday and Sunday delivery is not available. There is a 12pm cut-off item for most items, if an item is ordered after that time it will ship the following business day Overnight service is not guaranteed for Canada. 2-day service will receive priority and will be delivered in 1-2 days. Ground service will arrive in 3-7 days. There is no Saturday or Sunday delivery available. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Monday. For specific items including fresh fruit and gourmet items these may not be available for delivery on Monday. A valid telephone number needs to be provided for the recipient in order to assist FedEx or DHL with delivery of your gift. If a valid phone number is not provided, than delivery for your gift may be delayed. Gifts to recipients in hospitals may take an additional 3-5 days for the hospital to process the order. Please make sure the recipient is still in the hospital. Item cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO's. Changes to address information after the order has been shipped will result in a $10.00 charge The delivery service may leave the package at the door if no one is home.
